UK SHIPPING
In most instances I aim to ship your order within 24 hours.
It will be longer for items which are personalised or bespoke - Please enquire about this.
For orders over £50 - sent Roya Mal 1st class signed for service.
For orders over £50 - sent Royal Mail tracked service.
There is a flat rate p+p contribution charge of £3.50 for any UK orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is possible but due to different postage levies the cost will vary.
Please contact me with me with your order requirements and I will obtain
a postage quote according to the weight of your order.
RETURN POLICY
I want you to love your purchases and in the unlikely event you are unhappy upon delivery then please contact me within 24hrs for a solution. I do aim to please and I will do what I can to ensure your satisfaction.
I would encourage you to communicate with me directly via the contact form/facebook/instagram/telephone/email before purchasing if you have any specific requirements.
Please note that any bespoke/personalised items cannot be returned.
